If you need an athletics physical/clearance packet, click the link below to download and print.
Fill out small high school sports clearance packet, get clearance from a physician (no chiropractors/nurses), then bring back the completed forms to Mr. Howard.
If you already have a physical from a physician completed within the last 365 days, you DO NOT have to get another one done. However, if you are within a month of your current physical expiring, I would suggest going again to have before expiration.
At McBride we participate in 3 co-ed sports with other Thematic High Schools: Browning, Sato, Renaissance and McBride
Volleyball- 25/26= 2nd Place
Basketball- 25/26= 1st Place Champions
Soccer- 25/26= Pending
